What an adventure ... a whole day's filming boiled down into 3 minutes. For those of you used to dealing with the media this is "par for the course". But for us it was a whole new experience. We had a lot of fun and are more than happy with the end result.

Having said that ... I still think that maybe it should have focused more on the official opening of our new parking place ... but you can't have everything ;-)

From Dream to Reality

The Build - From Dream to Reality

Many people dream of starting a new life in a new land, some actually do it.

In 2004 we left England to follow a dream. At first we rented a small house and set about integrating ourselves in the community. We all learnt German, the girls attended the local schools and I became a ski instructor. After three years we decided to build our own house and to open up a B&B.

Here is a step by step photo record of our build.
